Manages the full lifecycle of government and commercial contracts, including document review, negotiation support, risk mitigation, compliance, certifications, approvals, recordkeeping, amendments, performance tracking, and closeouts. Partners with Legal, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, leadership, customers, and suppliers. Supports RFP and RFI responses while ensuring adherence to FAR, DFARS, ITAR, EAR, and other government contracting requirements.

Expedites open and past-due orders by monitoring ERP records, contacting vendors for status updates, entering order acknowledgements and ASN information, updating ETA and tracking details, notifying receiving teams, and escalating issues. The role requires accurate, high-volume data entry, adherence to standard procedures, and collaboration with senior expeditors under direct supervision.

Supports full-cycle recruitment across U.S. and EMEA for corporate, technical, commercial, and operational roles. Partners with hiring managers and HR leadership on workforce needs, sourcing strategies, candidate screening, interviews, background checks, hiring progress, offers, and compensation negotiations. Ensures positive candidate experiences while providing recruiting expertise and market insight.
