Lead development of ceiling fan controls and systems including AC/DC/BLDC motor controls, RF/Wi‑Fi/Bluetooth smart-home integration, PCB and 3D CAD design, prototyping and testing, supplier coordination, performance optimization (airflow, noise, energy), compliance, and mentoring junior engineers while supporting post-production troubleshooting.

Lead and manage automation projects from initiation to completion, coordinating contractors, EPCs, sales, vendors, and fabrication. Provide technical recommendations, prepare documentation and submittals, run project meetings and status updates, drive process improvements, and align projects with company product strategy to meet schedule, scope, and budget.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Neptune municipal metering systems, manage support tickets, collaborate with internal teams, assist with system integrations and implementations, deliver training, and support field technicians and customers to ensure timely issue resolution.
