Leads risk-based internal audits across North American businesses, covering governance, controls, accounting, reporting, procurement, contracts, projects, and capital expenditures. Presents findings and recommendations to senior leadership, monitors remediation, manages audit teams and external resources, supports risk assessment and audit planning, and improves audit methodologies through digitalization, analytics, AI, and machine learning.

Provide comprehensive legal support for utility-scale renewable energy projects across development, construction, financing, operations, M&A, project contracts, project finance, tax credit monetization, regulatory compliance, corporate filings, and management of external counsel.
