The Business Development Associate focuses on acquiring clients and maximizing revenue through relationship building in the fleet and automotive sector. This role involves driving sales, maintaining customer relationships, and documenting account activities in Salesforce.

Support operational cost management by analyzing and interpreting labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractor costs. Produce monthly reports, dashboards, forecasts, and KPIs; maintain cost data in ERP/CMMS/HeavyJob; identify variances and cost-saving opportunities; support contract compliance, site reviews, and cross-functional collaboration to improve financial performance.

Support project controls systems, scheduling, cost control, forecasting, reporting, and construction technology. Maintain dashboards, perform variance analysis, assist system implementations, audits, document control, training, and provide day-to-day support to improve project visibility and performance.
