The role builds reporting and predictive models from scratch, partners with BI and actuarial teams, influences cross-functional decisions, and presents retention findings and forecasts to executives.

Drive sales growth across a Central U.S. territory by managing shelter partnerships, meeting new business and wellness targets, and leading 10–12 Shelter Sales Agents. Responsibilities include hiring, coaching, training, performance management, onsite partner visits, territory administration, budget oversight, competitive product communication, and opportunity identification. The role requires a valid or newly obtained Property & Casualty license, reliable transportation, and regional travel.
