Lead a software engineering pod while contributing hands-on code to build and scale SaaS platform features. Responsibilities include architecture and technical design, production development, code reviews, troubleshooting, planning, mentoring, cross-team collaboration, AI-assisted development, and ensuring maintainable, secure, scalable, high-quality delivery.

Lead the Asset Intelligence product area: define asset data foundation strategy, own roadmaps for one-to-two engineering pods, write PRDs, measure outcomes tied to revenue, prioritize portfolio investments, collaborate across engineering, data, design, sales and customers, and evaluate AI solutions to strengthen asset functionality and enterprise opportunities.

Own a geographic territory to build pipeline and close new enterprise customers. Run complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from discovery through contract, coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain forecasting and CRM hygiene, represent the company at events, and achieve quota with ~20% travel.
