Leads and develops a team of Account Executives focused on acquiring and closing new business. Responsibilities include hiring, coaching, pipeline and deal reviews, sales forecasting, KPI management, customer presentations, process improvement, and fostering a high-performance culture. The role requires software sales and sales management experience, Salesforce proficiency, quota achievement, and strong executive communication skills. This position is fully remote within the United States.

Own and maintain the companys data infrastructure and pipelines. Design, build, and monitor ETL/ELT workflows and data architecture; integrate SaaS sources; enforce data quality, standards, and governance; partner with stakeholders to deliver analytics-ready data and meet data availability SLAs.

Design, build, maintain, and scale production backend services and integrations. Debug cross-service production issues, lead architecture and technical decisions, mentor engineers, improve engineering standards and tooling, release backward-compatible APIs, implement auto-scaling services, and architect real-time systems for syncing large data volumes.
