Lead and coach licensed retail bankers, manage and grow client relationships, sell a full range of securities and investment products, meet sales and fee income goals, conduct client meetings and seminars, and ensure compliance with policies and risk controls.

Prepare and reconcile complex monthly investor reports and remittances, process cash movements and GL entries, resolve reporting discrepancies, post data into ACE/MortgageServ, support audits, and partner with stakeholders to ensure investor guidelines and timelines are met.
