Owns end-to-end technology recruiting across software engineering, AI/ML, data, IT, information security, and technical operations. Partners with technology leaders on hiring strategy, sources specialized talent, improves assessment and candidate experience, uses recruiting technology and AI automation, and serves as the internal technology talent expert.

Own full-cycle recruiting for Corporate functions including Capital Markets, Finance, Legal, and People. Partner with senior leaders, develop proactive pipelines for specialized talent, provide market and talent insights, deliver high-touch candidate experiences, and improve recruiting processes, tools, and workflows. The role also involves using AI and automation, mentoring others, and contributing to broader Talent Acquisition initiatives.

Manage credit risk strategies for HELOC and secured lending portfolios. Refine underwriting policies, analyze loan performance and credit losses, develop valuation and predictive models, identify customer segments, and design portfolio monitoring frameworks. Partner with Capital Markets, Product, Engineering, Data Science, Fraud, Legal, and Compliance to test and implement risk changes, ensure regulatory adherence, support growth initiatives, and communicate underwriting performance to investors and executives.
