Leads quality initiatives for AI-driven legal software, designing and executing end-to-end test strategies across workflows, integrations, APIs, webhooks, and event-driven systems. Validates AI-generated conversations, summaries, and data capture; develops QA documentation; investigates defects; conducts exploratory testing; improves automation coverage; and partners with Product and Engineering on requirements, design, release readiness, compliance, and continuous quality improvement. Mentors QA team members and advocates for reliable, scalable releases.

The Quality Assurance Analyst II will analyze requirements, create test cases and plans, execute manual and exploratory testing, troubleshoot and reproduce defects, document bug reports, verify fixes, and prioritize test execution. The role also collaborates with QA engineers to expand automated test coverage based on business priorities and risks. Strong communication, analytical problem-solving, attention to detail, and familiarity with test management and bug-tracking tools are required.

Lead quality engineering for a backend-heavy Immigration AI platform. Design test plans and cases, establish test environments, execute manual and automated testing, build custom frameworks and tooling, and test REST, asynchronous, event-driven, and backend services. Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, identify automation opportunities, apply GenAI and LLMs, perform load and stress testing, and improve testing pipeline scalability, performance, and efficiency.
