Teams at Filevine

Lead end-to-end delivery of LOIS by owning the master program plan, coordinating cross-functional teams (engineering, product, design, ML, data, SRE, operations), resolving blockers and dependencies, establishing lightweight delivery infrastructure and tooling, partnering on release planning, and maintaining transparent status, risks, and accountability to deliver complex features to customers.

Lead frontend development of production web applications using Svelte and other frameworks. Build reusable components, integrate REST/GraphQL APIs, ensure UI/UX quality, accessibility, and performance. Lead a small team, coordinate releases with QA, write tests, follow Git and CI/CD workflows, and collaborate remotely with stakeholders across the US.

The Art Director will shape Filevine's brand identity across channels, creating visual assets for marketing campaigns and collaborating with teams to ensure brand consistency in a fast-paced environment.
