Processes reverse mortgage loans from application through closing, ensuring accurate Loan Origination System data, documentation, disclosures, underwriting conditions, regulatory compliance, and timely communication among borrowers, loan officers, underwriters, funders, title companies, and settlement agents. Maintains a pipeline of approximately 50 loans, resolves issues, monitors critical dates, and meets productivity, conversion, and customer service standards.

Sells reverse mortgage products through outbound prospecting, community outreach, referrals, presentations, and lead follow-up. Manages a territory, sales pipeline, marketing strategy, production goals, loan quality, customer service, and closing-related issues. The role requires regular work outside the office, reverse mortgage sales experience, originator training, public speaking, loan origination system experience, and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Drives growth in reverse mortgage wholesale partnerships by developing new relationships, supporting account executives, tracking prospects and pipelines, meeting sales KPIs, coordinating with operations, analyzing market trends, creating presentations and action plans, attending industry events, resolving partner issues, and providing detailed performance reporting.
