Teams at Fingerprint

The Enterprise Account Executive manages the full cycle of enterprise sales, builds relationships with executives, drives new business, and develops sales strategies.

Provide technical integration and ongoing support for customers using Fingerprint's API products. Troubleshoot issues, analyze logs, monitor API performance, create automation scripts and sample code, run trainings/webinars, maintain documentation, and liaise with product and CSM teams to ensure customer success and product improvement.

As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will drive technical sales, engage with Enterprise customers, present solutions, and design proof-of-value engagements. You'll collaborate with sales to close complex deals and provide technical support throughout the sales process.
