Serve as the primary technical advisor for strategic enterprise customers, leading onboarding, integrations, troubleshooting, product adoption, and ongoing support. Build relationships with technical and business stakeholders, advocate for customer needs, analyze usage and health metrics, and provide actionable recommendations. Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver tailored solutions and influence product direction. The role is fully remote in the US with minimal customer travel.

Serve as the primary technical advisor for strategic enterprise customers. Lead technical onboarding, integrations, troubleshooting, product adoption, customer advocacy, and relationship management. Analyze customer health and usage data, create reports, and recommend improvements. Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to address customer needs, influence product direction, and deliver successful long-term outcomes. Minimal customer-site travel is expected.

Manage enterprise and mid-market customer relationships from implementation and onboarding through adoption, value realization, renewals, and expansion. Lead integration reviews, business reviews, success planning, escalations, and executive communications. Collaborate with engineering, support, and product teams to resolve issues and identify upsell opportunities. Maintain customer records in Salesforce and Planhat while helping scale customer success processes in a fully remote environment.
