Own turbopump hardware across its lifecycle, from requirements and fluid/mechanical design through analysis, manufacturing, testing, qualification, and flight operations. Lead turbomachinery design improvements, first-principles modeling, tolerance analysis, test planning, data review, anomaly resolution, and system-level trade studies. Support assembly, quality, non-conformance disposition, engine testing, stage testing, and launch operations while serving as the Alpha engine turbomachinery subject matter expert.

Designs, develops, tests, qualifies, and supports propulsion valves, regulators, and actuators across their full product lifecycle. Leads design reviews, qualification and acceptance testing, failure investigations, nonconformance resolution, production support, and cross-functional hardware delivery. Develops simulation-based design methods, validates hardware through testing, standardizes solutions, and improves cost, reliability, yield, and manufacturability for aerospace propulsion systems.

Designs and maintains infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD pipelines, automation, monitoring, and Linux-based systems across development, staging, and production. Troubleshoots infrastructure and deployment issues, supports engineering teams, performs root-cause analysis, responds to incidents, manages Git workflows, and implements security and compliance controls. Participates in on-call support and collaborates with IT, software engineering, systems engineering, and security teams.
