Own and scale GTM enablement through structured knowledge management, an internal AI tutor application, cross-functional content operations, live training, role-based ramp, and field best-practice codification. The role also develops AI agents that improve seller productivity and Revenue Operations insight while partnering across Product, Marketing, Field Engineering, and Sales.

Own day-to-day GRC operations, including access reviews, security awareness, policy exceptions, risk assessments, third-party risk, internal audits, control monitoring, and audit evidence automation. Maintain policies, metrics, and audit readiness across SOC 2, HIPAA, ISO, NIST, GDPR, and CCPA frameworks. Partner with engineering, IT, legal, operations, and sales to operationalize controls and remediate findings, with opportunities to lead audits and mature the compliance program.

Drive new enterprise business for Fireworks AI by developing account strategies, generating pipeline, engaging channel partners, managing full sales cycles, closing complex six-figure deals, forecasting accurately, maintaining account updates, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role targets technical enterprise stakeholders and requires strong SaaS sales experience, negotiation skills, and the ability to consistently exceed quotas.
