The Escrow Assistant will provide administrative support during the escrow process, ensuring effective communication with customers and assisting with various technology applications for transactions.

Manages Business Analysts and Business Systems Analysts while providing leadership across digital transformation programs and agile software development initiatives. The role translates business needs into functional and system requirements, oversees analysis documentation, supports testing and product rollouts, and serves as a liaison among business, product, design, and engineering teams. Additional responsibilities include mentoring staff, setting team objectives, supporting hiring and performance management, developing a Business Analysis Center of Excellence, and providing leadership with roadmap, budget, and resource-planning insights.

Provides in-house legal and regulatory counsel to mortgage servicing and origination operations. Advises business teams on applicable laws, mortgage servicing documentation, compliance, contracts, policies, and product forms. Conducts legal research, monitors regulatory developments, interfaces with regulators as needed, and reports changes to management while helping reduce legal risk.
