The Commercial Title Officer performs title searches, analyzes legal records, prices commitments, reviews documentation, and resolves title process issues in commercial real estate transactions.

Coordinate and manage complex transaction management programs, supporting planning, status reporting, process implementation, and AI automation. Organize deliverables, track program roadmaps and timetables, collaborate with stakeholders and Organizational Change Management, and support adoption and cross-functional alignment.

Provide legal underwriting support and authorization for commercial real estate title insurance; apply underwriting standards within delegated authority; advise on settlement services; issue underwriting guidelines and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve title and risk issues.
