Supports post-acquisition integration of mechanical services companies by preparing monthly US GAAP financial reporting, journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and financial statement packages. Maintains accounting controls, coordinates with vendors on purchase price accounting and quality of earnings rollforwards, guides office administration teams, and improves finance processes. Reports to the Integration Controller and travels approximately 20%.

Process weekly and semi-monthly multi-state payroll, ensuring accurate employee data, tax withholding, reporting, and regulatory compliance. Maintain HRIS records, support audits and year-end W-2 and ACA reporting, manage employee payroll inquiries, and coordinate updates with HR, finance, and managers. The role also assists with EEOC and worksite filings, process improvements, and confidential employee data management.

Manage post-acquisition accounting integration for new operating companies during their first 90–100 days. Responsibilities include monthly US GAAP financial reporting, journal entries, accruals, balance sheet reconciliations, purchase price accounting and quality of earnings rollforwards, accounting controls, office administration guidance, and finance process improvements. The role reports to the Integration Controller and requires collaboration with vendors and internal teams.
