Leads a fitness club’s membership sales function, drives revenue and daily sales activity, recruits and develops Fitness Consultants, and coaches performance. Builds relationships with prospects and members, manages lead follow-up and reporting, supports promotions and community outreach, and ensures compliance with operational standards. Provides Manager-on-Duty coverage, including opening and closing responsibilities, while fostering an accountable, high-energy club culture.
