Provides customer service and sales assistance in a retail store, including greeting shoppers, answering questions, recommending products, promoting events, resolving concerns, operating the register, restocking merchandise, maintaining organized sales floors, and supporting store goals. The role requires flexible scheduling, frequent movement and lifting, ladder use, and effective communication with customers, managers, and coworkers.

Deliver excellent customer service and drive sales through product knowledge and suggestive selling. Operate the cash register, maintain merchandising and inventory, resolve customer concerns, promote store events, communicate needs to management, and perform physical stockroom and sales floor tasks while working a flexible schedule.
