Provide friendly customer service, drive sales through product knowledge and suggestive selling, maintain stocked and organized merchandise, operate register and technology, resolve customer concerns, communicate needs to management, and support store/team goals.

Lead front-end and customer service operations to ensure fast, friendly checkout and maintain store presentation. Train and coach crew, perform opening/closing and basic maintenance, act as acting store manager when needed, and help meet customer service and merchandising goals.

Lead front-end operations and customer service, train and coach crew on BEST standards, meet customer service score goals, handle opening/closing and store maintenance, assist with merchandising, and perform store manager duties in their absence.
