As a Financial Crime Analyst, you will review transaction monitoring alerts, conduct KYC due diligence, and help protect the platform from financial crimes. You will analyze suspicious activities and support filing requirements while maintaining customer records and assisting with quality assurance processes.

The People Operations Manager will enhance core processes across the employee lifecycle, support performance management, and ensure compliance while collaborating closely with leadership to scale operations effectively.

Build and own Flex's lifecycle marketing function end-to-end: strategy, messaging, and technical infrastructure. Design event-based data pipelines and Braze canvases, partner with Engineering and Data on identity/event tracking, and measure lifecycle impact on conversion, retention, and revenue. Ensure compliance-approved messaging for a regulated fintech and prioritize sequencing of infrastructure and campaigns.
