Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial analyses versus budget, forecast, and prior periods; analyze product and brand profitability; develop budgeting templates; partner with management for financial reviews; identify root causes and recommend corrective actions; support strategic initiatives and special projects; present findings to senior leadership.

Provide tax planning and advisory services to high-net-worth individuals and closely held businesses, advise on entity structuring, multi-state and international tax matters, guide growth and restructuring strategies, collaborate with accounting teams, and communicate complex tax concepts in client meetings.

Manage full-cycle recruiting as an embedded partner for multiple clients: intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Advise leaders on talent strategy, market conditions, and hiring best practices. Maintain ATS documentation, draft job postings, track metrics, ensure legal compliance, and collaborate with Flex HR consultants to deliver high-quality, confidential, client-focused recruiting services.
