As an Account Executive at JetCool, you'll drive sales within the HFT segment focusing on outbound pipeline generation, account planning, and closing opportunities with enterprise and OEM accounts, while collaborating with various teams.

Support manufacturing by defining, implementing, and optimizing production processes. Troubleshoot root causes, introduce process controls, support equipment purchases and ECOs, train production staff, and drive quality, cost, and throughput improvements.

Support and optimize global financial systems, develop standardized reports and dashboards, enable FP&A processes, automate manual tasks, assist with system implementations, maintain data governance, and collaborate with Finance, IT, and vendors to ensure accurate timely financial reporting.

Design, develop, and validate mechanical and electromechanical test fixtures and ATE for PCBAs and assemblies. Create 3D CAD models and manufacturing drawings, manage BOMs/ECOs, prototype and test fixtures, support supplier fabrication and CNC operations, and collaborate cross-functionally to deploy scalable, manufacturable test solutions while mentoring junior staff.

Lead design, validation, and deployment of automated functional test systems for electronic products. Architect electrical test platforms, design interface PCBs, integrate instrumentation, develop TestStand/LabVIEW/Python/C# test software, support manufacturing deployment, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers.

Support Business Development and Quote teams with financial analysis, modeling, ROI and valuation work for major strategic quotes. Build custom financial models, review FGCM outputs, provide ad-hoc analytics for volumes, inventory and cash, train finance team members, and support Global Account Management and executive quote presentations.

Provide high-level executive support to the Chief Legal Officer including complex calendar and travel management, board and governance coordination, legal department operations, project tracking, and executive communications. Develop and execute system-level tests, automate test execution, perform failure analysis, analyze data for continuous improvement, create SOPs and work instructions, train staff on Linux and test processes, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure quality, performance, and safety of high-power AI/ML server platforms.

Develops, implements, and monitors environmental, health, and safety programs to ensure regulatory compliance. Inspects facilities and equipment, reviews new machinery, conducts air quality tests, investigates accidents, delivers safety training, audits business units, manages OSHA logs and workers' compensation, and advises on ergonomics, hazardous materials, industrial hygiene, and fire/chemical safety.
