The role also supports capital projects, permitting, mergers and acquisitions, insurance and workers’ compensation programs, and post-merger integration.

Supports SMT manufacturing through equipment programming, setup, debugging, and troubleshooting. Supports and sustains Keysight 3070 in-circuit test programs for manufacturing customers. Coordinates test equipment development, installation, calibration, and operation; analyzes test data and yield issues; resolves root causes; develops test software and hardware; and trains technicians and operators. Requires extensive ICT, boundary scan, and test engineering experience, with scripting in Python or Perl preferred.
