Leads finance and controllership for a manufacturing business, overseeing FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, P&L, balance sheet, working capital, inventory, cash management, reporting, controls, compliance, audits, and business partnering. Manages shared-service finance teams, supports investment and commercial decisions, improves finance processes, and develops talent while partnering with supply chain, procurement, operations, logistics, and commercial stakeholders.

Leads production forecasting, master scheduling, capacity planning, inventory strategies, shop scheduling, and production control across manufacturing operations. Partners with operations, procurement, materials, program management, and customers to resolve constraints, improve throughput, maintain schedule adherence, and achieve delivery commitments. Analyzes operational reports and performance metrics, drives continuous improvement, and manages production planning teams.

Manages U.S. global mobility programs covering immigration, tax, relocation, international assignments, vendor coordination, employee communications, compliance, billing, cost tracking, and mobility data reporting. The role advises employees on tax and immigration matters, prepares assignment and relocation documentation, coordinates with HR, payroll, finance, talent acquisition, and external vendors, and supports policy and process improvements. This is an onsite position in Austin, Texas.
