Provides high-level support to the Chief Human Resources Officer by managing complex calendars, travel, meetings, events, confidential information, communications, action items, and executive deliverables. Coordinates cross-functional initiatives, prepares presentations and briefing materials, supports talent and leadership activities, manages international travel documentation, and improves HR office workflows using AI, Microsoft Copilot, and digital tools.

Leads manufacturing department operations by coordinating personnel and production resources, communicating plans and issues, monitoring bottlenecks, shortages, downtime, quality indicators, and scrap, and supporting process improvement, budgeting, equipment troubleshooting, and shift handoffs. The role requires advanced functional and technical knowledge, independent judgment, performance feedback, and the ability to work around manufacturing equipment, chemicals, repetitive motion, and multiple shifts.

Leads the global IT SOX compliance program, including ITGC governance, risk-based scoping, control testing, audit coordination, remediation, continuous monitoring, and automation. Oversees access, change, system development, backup, recovery, interface, application, and third-party controls. Partners with Internal Audit, External Audit, Finance, Cybersecurity, IT Operations, and business teams while managing and developing a global compliance team. This is an onsite leadership role in Austin, Texas.
