Contract HR Generalist to cover an extended leave and support HR/payroll administration. Manage end-to-end onboarding for US employees and global contractors, maintain HRIS data in Rippling, assist payroll processing and benefits administration, handle employee inquiries and communications, support engagement programs and performance review cycles, and assist with HR projects, audits, and compliance.

Lead promotional strategy and execution: design incentives, own promotional calendar and economics, run competitive intelligence, measure performance and incrementality, partner cross-functionally to optimize offers and testing frameworks.

The Community Manager will build and manage the online community, engage with customers and fans, and promote the brand through social media.
