Own the cloud video product roadmap for onboarding, live viewing, playback, management, and search. Lead platform strategy and third-party integrations, partner with Engineering/Design/Go-to-Market/Customer Success, run customer discovery, and establish metrics to evaluate video performance and engagement.

Lead and mentor a software engineering team (player-coach) to build and maintain mission-critical device monitoring, alerting, and internal health tooling. Drive technical strategy and microservices design, contribute full‑stack TypeScript/Node.js/React code, and manage containerized deployments with Docker, Kubernetes/Helm and AWS services (S3, API Gateway, SQS). Collaborate cross-functionally and use AI-assisted developer tools to increase team velocity.

Lead end-to-end product strategy and execution for an integrated portfolio of hardware, firmware, and cloud software. Manage and mentor product managers, align roadmaps with engineering and platform architecture, prioritize features from market and customer insights, and represent the product externally to customers and partners. Drive technical tradeoffs and ensure cohesive delivery across multi-layered product lines.
