Manage UKG Pro configuration, troubleshooting, process improvements, documentation, controls, tax filings, and employee data changes. Coordinate international payroll providers, reconcile payroll to the general ledger, support audits, and collaborate with HR, Benefits, and Accounting. Train and back up team members while protecting confidential information and meeting recurring deadlines.

Own risk and compliance programs spanning privacy, third-party risk, policy management, security frameworks, and issue remediation. Conduct risk, privacy, and AI impact assessments; advise cross-functional teams; maintain SOC and ISO compliance; manage sub-processors, vendor due diligence, privacy documentation, and policy reviews. Improve program efficiency through automation and AI-driven workflows while supporting evolving organizational compliance initiatives.

Own and resolve customer technical support cases across FloQast’s accounting platform and integrations. Troubleshoot software issues, perform backend configurations, data transformations, migrations, and account-data updates. Use logs, session replay, developer tools, and internal systems to diagnose problems across L1–L3 cases. Build product expertise, document solutions, collaborate cross-functionally, support special projects, and contribute to product feedback and knowledge-base content.
