Lead commercial energy strategy and execution for data center development: manage utility relationships and large-load interconnection processes, negotiate power agreements and PPAs, shape regulatory and ISO engagement, assess site energy before leases, and coordinate across design, construction, finance, sustainability, and operations to deliver timely power.

Maintain a global database of colocation and powered-land sites, run partner check-ins, ensure data integrity via verification workflows, automate spreadsheet data collection, and present global power capacity and delivery timelines to customers and partners to support rapid infrastructure expansion.

Lead end-to-end program management for a multi-GW portfolio of third-party leased and powered-shell data center sites. Build and maintain stage-gate frameworks, tooling, trackers, and data pipelines to provide leadership visibility across 20+ concurrent projects. Coordinate legal, finance, construction, utilities, and external developers to keep deal-to-power timelines under six months and ensure complete handoffs to delivery and operations.
