Own the reliability, security, performance, and availability of cloud-based database and data warehouse platforms. Administer and optimize Microsoft SQL Server and Amazon Redshift, lead AWS data warehouse operations, design high-availability and disaster-recovery strategies, manage access controls and auditing, and drive automation and monitoring improvements. Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Infrastructure, Analytics, and business leaders to support scalable, secure data systems and downstream analytics and AI use cases.

Lead product marketing for Foley’s SaaS platform, owning positioning, messaging, pricing, packaging, launches, product training, competitive insights, and AI commercialization. Build repeatable marketing processes, enable Sales and Customer Success, measure outcomes, and influence cross-functional decisions through customer and market evidence. The role is primarily remote within approved US states, with occasional office visits for collaboration, training, and events.

Leads Foley’s customer onboarding function across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments. Manages and develops onboarding teams, owns onboarding strategy and playbooks, partners with Sales, Operations, and Customer Success, and oversees implementation execution. Accountable for onboarding KPIs, capacity, customer transitions, escalation management, and continuous process improvement. The role requires strong cross-functional leadership, organizational skills, customer communication, and experience scaling onboarding programs in a technology company.
