Manage renewals for assigned SaaS customers through proactive phone and email outreach, quote delivery and modification, negotiation, objection handling, and issue resolution. Track renewal progress and customer interactions in CRM systems, coordinate with Customer Service and Order Fulfillment, escalate concerns, and support high-volume renewal operations and special projects.

Lead software and technology projects from initiation through completion. Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, resource estimates, documentation, and business requirements. Coordinate cross-functional teams, consultants, and vendors; manage risks, performance metrics, process improvements, and system implementations. Prepare project presentations and status reports while ensuring projects meet scope, timeline, budget, quality, and business objectives.

Design, build, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions (Apex, LWC, Flows, Visualforce) across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ. Lead technical design, integrations (REST/SOAP), data management, security, governance, CI/CD deployments (Gearset/Copado/SFDX), provide L2/L3 support, mentor junior staff, and document standards and release processes.
