Leads Ford’s enterprise Identity and Access Management strategy, platform modernization, Zero Trust adoption, and AI-powered identity security. The role oversees scalable, highly available identity services across workforce, customer, partner, workload, vehicle, and AI agent ecosystems. Responsibilities include cloud-native engineering, automation, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, SRE, governance, executive communication, and building a global platform engineering team supporting 24/7 operations.

Leads legal strategy and execution for complex domestic and international transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, strategic alliances, and commercial agreements. Advises senior executives on transaction risks and business objectives, negotiates with global counterparties, manages legal teams and outside counsel, and oversees cross-functional workstreams. Develops legal playbooks and technology-enabled processes while supporting automotive initiatives involving electrification, software, energy, autonomy, and defense programs.

Lead transaction-focused counsel supporting domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, strategic alliances, commercial agreements, and global supply chain matters. The role involves drafting and negotiating agreements, advising business leaders on legal and commercial risk, managing outside counsel, coordinating global legal teams, and improving transaction processes through templates, automation, and legal technology.
