Design ETL pipelines from MES and equipment systems into data warehouses, support PROMIS MES implementation and upgrades, optimize system performance, troubleshoot complex high-availability issues, and collaborate with IT, operations, and engineering to drive automation and continuous manufacturing improvements.

Leads product costing, standard cost development, variance analysis, profitability modeling, and financial support for new product introductions. Partners with engineering, manufacturing, operations, supply chain, product management, and finance to evaluate costs, yields, capacity, investments, and process improvements. Identifies cost-reduction opportunities, assesses operational performance, develops business cases and ROI analyses, and presents data-driven recommendations to management.

Develops business cases, financial and operational models, data models, executive decision packages, portfolio dashboards, and benefit-validation reporting for cross-functional transformation initiatives. Extracts and analyzes enterprise data using SQL, Python, spreadsheets, and visualization platforms; automates repeatable workflows; standardizes metrics; tracks value realization; and partners with Finance, IT, data engineering, and business leaders to support decisions and embed sustainable reporting processes.
