Manages strategic SaaS accounts to drive retention, renewals, expansion, and long-term customer success. Builds executive relationships, conducts business reviews, develops account plans, identifies upsell and cross-sell opportunities, manages customer health, and maintains revenue forecasts and CRM records. Collaborates with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Professional Services, Legal, and Finance to resolve issues, align solutions with customer needs, and communicate feedback.

Leads global FP&A, Revenue Operations, and Sales Incentive Administration. Oversees enterprise planning, forecasting, financial modeling, KPI reporting, variance analysis, resource allocation, commercial analytics, pipeline visibility, sales incentive governance, and executive decision support. Partners with the CFO and senior leaders, develops global teams, strengthens data governance, improves reporting processes, and drives financial accountability and operating discipline across the business.

Lead end-to-end UX design for complex B2B software products, including user research, workflow definition, interaction design, prototyping, usability testing, accessibility, and design-system contribution. Partner with Product, Engineering, and QA through implementation and post-launch iteration. Evaluate AI-generated interfaces, create AI-assisted and code-native prototypes, present design decisions, and manage priorities across multiple products.
