Owns the operational health of escalated customer accounts in warehouse automation environments. Coordinates incident response, root cause analysis, corrective actions, post-incident reviews, hypercare, account reporting, and cross-functional resolution across engineering, software, controls, infrastructure, and third-party teams. Builds trusted customer relationships, translates technical findings into operational language, tracks risks and commitments, and supports stabilization of 24/7 customer operations, including off-hours P1/P2 escalations.

Senior customer-facing delivery leader responsible for end-to-end execution of multiple, concurrent automation programs across dispersed sites. Owns stakeholder relationships, financial performance, risk management, and cross-functional coordination to deliver MHE, robotics, WCS/WMS, and integrated software implementations while mentoring teams and ensuring program alignment with customer and company strategy.

The Mechanical Engineer will design project requirements, manage engineering schedules, interface with clients, and support installation efforts while ensuring compliance with specifications. They will lead engineering teams, manage project scope, and communicate effectively across departments.
