Own end-to-end product direction for AI-powered pharmacy experiences and workflow automation. Do 0-1 discovery, ship scrappy MVPs, scope safe AI/human-in-the-loop solutions, work tightly with engineering/design, and make data-driven business cases for staged rollouts.

Support health system pharmacy customers through implementation, configuration, training, go-live, adoption, and expansion of an AI-powered pharmacy platform. Serve as a pharmacy operations subject matter expert, translate workflows into platform configurations, manage customer relationships, conduct business reviews, identify adoption opportunities, and relay customer feedback to Product and Engineering. The role requires a PharmD and substantial experience in infusion, home infusion, or ambulatory health system pharmacy operations.

The Pharmacy Operations Specialist supports health system customers from implementation through adoption, leveraging pharmacy expertise, managing customer relationships, and driving platform adoption.
