Teams at Foundation Medicine

Field-based sales role selling Foundation Medicine diagnostic products to oncologists and cancer care stakeholders. Responsible for meeting sales quotas, developing account and territory plans, leveraging analytics and CRM tools, engaging high-level stakeholders, negotiating agreements, and traveling extensively within a defined territory (up to 90%).

Own national and regional federal account strategy for VA and DoD, drive access, adoption, reimbursement, and utilization of Foundation Medicine solutions. Build executive relationships, use data to guide priorities, enable field sales, ensure contract compliance, monitor performance, and represent FMI at federal forums while coordinating cross-functional teams.

Lead RA/QA strategy and business integration, partnering with Product, R&D, and Operations to embed regulatory and quality perspectives across development. Drive governance, process simplification, resource prioritization, external engagement with biopharma and industry forums, and position RA/QA as a strategic enabler of innovation and speed.
