Author protocols and statistical analysis plans, mentor junior statisticians, represent Biostatistics in regulatory submissions and meetings, collaborate cross-functionally with lab and regulatory teams, ensure statistical quality and timely deliverables, and contribute to methodological and process improvements.

Lead business development for biopharma partners, generate and manage partnership pipeline, own deal negotiations and contracting, drive account growth with cross-functional teams, provide product/market feedback, and travel ~25% for conferences and partner meetings.
