Teams at Foundation Medicine

Manages relationships with key biotech and healthcare accounts as the primary customer contact before, during, and after testing. Provides product and service support, coordinates information collection, monitors ordering patterns, resolves operational issues, documents feedback, and collaborates cross-functionally on tailored solutions and process improvements. The role supports customer and patient satisfaction, coordinates internal projects, maintains stakeholder communication, and requires travel up to 60% within the assigned territory and to company meetings.

Lead end-to-end delivery of EMR integrations and upgrades: develop project plans, coordinate Sales/Engineering/Product/Customer Success, ensure HL7 and technical standards, manage client communications, run training and go-live readiness, and transition customers to post-implementation support.

Partner with customers post‑EMR go‑live to drive EMR ordering adoption, manage non‑EMR data delivery workstreams, validate and troubleshoot clinical/technical files, coordinate cross‑functional enhancements, and provide training and ongoing technical customer support.
