Manages assigned carrier relationships, performance meetings, distressed shipments, invoice exceptions, and logistics issue resolution. Maintains recurring reporting, dashboards, scorecards, and data sources, including Power BI. Analyzes carrier performance and service issues, supports cost-reduction initiatives, and collaborates with Sales, Warehouse, Finance, and Sales Operations teams to improve delivery performance and reporting accuracy.

Supports demand forecasting, inventory management, open-to-buy planning, promotional and markdown execution, product lifecycle planning, purchase order tracking, and KPI monitoring for assigned product categories. Analyzes historical performance, seasonality, trends, and inventory risks while maintaining reporting accuracy and communicating updates across sales and planning teams.

Conduct product inspections, document defects with warehouse systems and photos, manage inventory scanning, and rework or repackage furniture. Operate material-handling equipment and tools, verify shipping documentation, and assist with loading and unloading. The role requires warehouse experience, computer proficiency, physical lifting ability, overtime availability, and steel-toed footwear.

Own FP&A for assigned departments, including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, reporting, and performance tracking. Lead pricing, rebate, commission, and customer incentive analytics, using profitability and scenario analysis to guide strategy. Build dashboards and reporting in Power BI and D365, identify risks and margin opportunities, support contract negotiations, and present actionable recommendations to leadership. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Accounting, Legal, and other teams while improving financial processes, controls, and automation.

Coordinate inbound ocean freight from vessel arrival through final delivery. Monitor vessel arrivals, container availability, rail schedules, booking milestones, and ERP transit times. Assign drayage pickups, schedule warehouse appointments, manage port free days, and minimize demurrage, detention, and per diem costs. Resolve customs holds, congestion, and chassis shortages while preparing daily shipment summaries and coordinating with carriers, rail ramps, drayage providers, and warehouse teams.

Manage customs documentation and shipment clearance across U.S. and Canadian borders. Responsibilities include reviewing entries, applying tariff classifications, auditing duty calculations, tracking shipments, reconciling payments, maintaining compliance records, supporting CTPAT, communicating with brokers and forwarders, researching routine customs issues, and escalating complex matters. The role also monitors regulatory updates and identifies recurring process gaps.

Leads Four Hands’ product design and development strategy across seasonal furniture and decor collections. Translates creative briefs into cohesive, commercially viable designs while overseeing materials, finishes, construction standards, CAD specifications, vendor capabilities, quality, manufacturability, margins, and launch timing. Partners with merchandising, sourcing, planning, marketing, sales, and manufacturing teams; leads design reviews and creative teams; develops proprietary materials; maintains design systems; and represents the brand externally. Domestic and international travel is expected.

Lead product strategy and roadmap for the to-the-trade website, drive discovery through delivery, prioritize features via research and analytics, partner cross-functionally with design, engineering, and business stakeholders, define requirements and success metrics, and continuously optimize customer experience and business outcomes.

Owns trade show operations, showroom installations, and product movement across warehouses and showrooms. Plans logistics, manages inventory transfers, oversees shipments, coordinates onsite show execution, drives process improvements (RFID, WMS/ERP), and partners cross-functionally to ensure showroom readiness and inventory accuracy.

Design, develop, and deliver skills-based training for frontline and operational employees across distribution centers and studio. Assess learning needs, create SOPs and training materials, facilitate instructor-led and virtual sessions, manage LMS content and records, track participation and impact, conduct audits and evaluations, and partner with operational leaders and subject matter experts to standardize processes and improve performance.
