The SharePoint Knowledge & Learning Administrator will design and maintain a centralized SharePoint knowledge system, manage LMS operations, and develop training content for employees and caregivers.

Lead coordination and response to external regulatory, payer, Medicaid, CMS, OIG, state, and accrediting audits. Manage documentation, prepare SOD and audit responses, develop and track corrective action plans, conduct root cause analyses, maintain audit repository, partner cross-functionally, and present audit status and remediation progress to leadership to ensure audit readiness.

Provide customer service and ensure provider adherence to state regulations across pre/on/post care. Manage tax accounts and notifications, perform data entry and case reviews, conduct internal audits, collect documentation for quality management, de-escalate issues, and support process improvements and compliance initiatives.
