Support program managers by coordinating tasks, resources, and stakeholders; monitor progress against goals and timelines; collate and analyze project data; manage basic data management tasks; draft project review reports and presentations; ensure client satisfaction and contribute to continuous improvement.

The Program Controls Leader will oversee program controls operations, lead staff management, implement strategies, and guide communication to enhance program performance and client satisfaction.

Design and deliver electrical systems (power, lighting, generators, controls) for water/wastewater plants and pump stations; perform power system analysis, prepare calculations/drawings/specifications, support projects from design through construction, conduct field testing/startup, perform quality control, coordinate schedules/budgets, mentor junior engineers, and travel as needed.
