Supports automotive manufacturing customers by investigating rejected parts and quality issues, collecting defective products, preparing quality reports, coordinating containment activities, and assisting with root-cause analysis. The role attends customer meetings and trial builds, communicates findings to internal quality and engineering teams, and helps maintain customer satisfaction. Regular customer visits, automotive glass inspection, manufacturing-process knowledge, reporting, problem-solving, and physical handling of products are required.
