Build and launch AI- and agent-powered products across the full stack. Architect scalable systems, direct AI agents, validate functionality through QA and model evaluations, and ensure observability and maintainability. Partner with product managers, designers, stakeholders, and engineers to define and prioritize features, prototype solutions, and ship MVPs. Promote agentic engineering practices, share knowledge, and influence team adoption of AI-assisted development workflows.

Design, build, and ship agent-first AI products end-to-end. Implement production-ready agents using frontier models, ensure observability and quality via model-based evals and agent tracing, drive product definition with PMs/designers, and share agentic engineering practices to accelerate the team.

Own sales strategy, ad hoc analysis, forecasting, reporting, and business recommendations for G2’s subscription and advertising businesses. Partner with Sales leadership, Finance, Strategy, and Sales Operations to evaluate pipeline, bookings, quota attainment, customer segmentation, and performance trends. Build dashboards and executive business review materials while independently scoping projects and translating complex data into actionable go-to-market decisions.
