Teams at Gamma Phi Beta

Facilitate educational programs for collegiate members and volunteers, guide large- and small-group breakout sessions, review and prepare content, provide feedback to supervisors, and complete required training and event participation, including travel to in-person events.

Facilitate Gamma Phi Beta leadership programs for collegiate officers and advisors. Responsibilities include reviewing curriculum, completing facilitator training and learning modules, leading three-hour sessions, coaching and mentoring participants, providing feedback on educational content, and supporting post-retreat connections.

Volunteer financial advisor mentors collegiate financial officers, supports annual and monthly budget management, reviews financial reports and member balances, monitors spending, promotes compliance with IRS and organizational requirements, and helps improve member retention. The advisor coaches officers, facilitates conflict resolution, participates on the chapter advisory board and affiliated house corporation, and completes ongoing training. The role requires five to eight hours weekly, involves a one-year renewable term, and has no expected travel.
