The Senior Commercial Counsel will manage commercial transactions end to end, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements such as service, vendor, data protection, partnership, nondisclosure, and employment-related contracts. The role will improve contract templates, approval processes, internal guidance, and contract lifecycle management systems. The counsel will advise stakeholders on transactional risks, business goals, and other day-to-day legal matters while supporting a rapidly scaling healthcare technology company.

The FP&A Manager, GTM will lead go-to-market reporting, budgeting, forecasting, pipeline coverage modeling, and unit economics analysis. The role partners with sales and marketing leadership on channel investments, sales capacity, quota coverage, headcount planning, and strategic opportunities. Responsibilities also include building scalable reporting processes, conducting variance and ad hoc financial analyses, and improving measurement standards in a fast-growing, remote healthcare company.

Own implementation, maintenance, and optimization of client eligibility and claims data feeds. Analyze feed performance, troubleshoot discrepancies, produce error reports, test integrations with external partners, and improve internal tools, documentation, and processes to increase automation and reliability.
