Lead and optimize new-customer onboarding to accelerate time-to-value. Instrument product flows, define and track activation metrics, run experiments, and translate behavioral insights into a prioritized roadmap. Collaborate with customer success, sales, support, data, and engineering to ship, measure, and iterate on features end-to-end.

Build and maintain responsive, accessible React/NextJS web interfaces and support Chrome extension development (Manifest V3). Integrate with backend APIs or WebSockets, optimize performance, write tests, perform code reviews, monitor and document extension and web app behavior, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Own post-sale onboarding: run initial setup calls, guide clients hands-on, answer questions, flag product issues, schedule follow-ups, and build relationships to drive customer activation and long-term retention.
