As Lead Gulfstream Systems Support Engineer, you will provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, train customers, and manage logistics while complying with regulations.

Lead product strategy and roadmap for an AI-enabled agentic airspace design solution. Translate flight path design workflows into scalable product requirements, prioritize features, coordinate cross-functional delivery, validate prototypes with domain experts and customers, and ensure traceability, verification, and regulatory confidence across lifecycle operations.

Design, evaluate, and maintain instrument flight procedures and airspace designs using geospatial and navigation data. Identify and automate design workflows, partner with product, software, and AI teams to develop tools, engage stakeholders (airlines, ANSPs, regulators), and translate operational needs into product requirements. Ensure regulatory compliance, mentor staff, and support strategy, roadmapping, and continuous process improvement.
