The Associate Counsel will defend lawsuits, prepare legal briefs and opinions, handle pleadings, motions, and participate in trials for insurance defense cases.

Serve as primary client contact to build relationships, support onboarding, resolve issues, analyze performance, and deliver presentations. Identify and qualify new business opportunities, maintain CRM pipeline, support proposals/RFPs, represent the company at events, and collaborate with internal teams to drive growth for roadside, claims, and appraisal solutions.

Manage and grow relationships with independent insurance agencies across a designated territory through in-person and virtual engagement. Provide product expertise, training, local marketing support, performance monitoring, recruiting and disciplinary actions, and use data to drive agency growth and execution. Travel within territory required (40% overnight).
