Serve as the Product Owner for CMS programs, owning the Salesforce product roadmap, translating stakeholder needs into user stories, leading backlog grooming and sprint planning, coordinating cross-functional teams, supporting testing and UAT, managing documentation and technical processes, and driving adoption and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with CMS requirements and program timelines.

Lead enterprise-scale IdP architecture and engineering for DoD-scale authentication and federation. Define standards, implement ADFS/modern IdP platforms, design federation/trust models, oversee MFA/PKI/passwordless solutions, mentor teams, and drive Zero Trust identity modernization for millions of users.

Support design, integration, operation, and sustainment of enterprise Identity Provider services for DoD-scale authentication. Administer ADFS, configure federation trusts, implement SAML/OAuth/OIDC/WS-Fed and certificate-based solutions, support SSO/MFA/conditional access, troubleshoot tokens/certificates, onboard applications, document designs, and contribute to Zero Trust and identity modernization efforts.
