Supports the IHS Electronic Health Records Modernization program by designing, integrating, installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining biomedical and end-user devices. Develops solutions for complex device engineering, infrastructure, security, backup, and redundancy challenges; maintains technical documentation; collaborates with cyber and implementation teams; and may lead or mentor others. The role is fully remote, requires Oracle Health experience, and may involve up to 25% travel.

Designs, deploys, integrates, and maintains secure VDI environments across on-premises and cloud platforms. Engineers Citrix, Azure Virtual Desktop, and AWS WorkSpaces solutions; administers Windows and Linux systems; manages identity, profiles, images, packaging, and integrations. Builds cloud infrastructure using CloudFormation, Terraform, and Ansible, automates operations, maintains security posture, supports monitoring and remediation, and prepares technical documentation. Requires active Secret clearance, Top Secret eligibility, and occasional after-hours support.

Leads end-to-end delivery of a $10M+ technical and business program, ensuring contractual, service-level, financial, quality, and schedule commitments are met. Manages multidisciplinary staff and subordinate supervisors, client communications, workforce planning, subcontractors, transitions, audits, proposals, budgets, and business development. Builds high-performing teams, resolves delivery risks, oversees program documentation, and supports cloud, infrastructure, and application capabilities. Requires onsite travel to client locations in Montgomery and Huntsville, Alabama, at least 30% of the time.
