Develops and optimizes downstream purification processes for AAV and LVV viral vector manufacturing, including chromatography, TFF, viral clearance, and sterile filtration. Supports scale-up, technology transfer, cGMP risk evaluation, deviation management, regulatory CMC submissions, and manufacturing activities. The role conducts hands-on experiments, analyzes data, collaborates cross-functionally, presents project updates, and may lead a small team.
