Lead global sales enablement strategy and programs to drive revenue, product adoption, and GTM readiness. Oversee product-aligned enablement teams, launch readiness, content and demo strategy, CRM and tool adoption, measurement frameworks linking enablement to outcomes, and integration of AI into enablement.

Lead review and approve non-standard pricing, complex reseller RFPs, and commercial agreement structuring. Negotiate deals, manage the deal desk queue and SLAs, mentor team members, collaborate with Sales, Revenue Operations, Legal and Finance, and support global strategic initiatives.

Drive adoption and success of Geotab's Altitude platform through onboarding, training, technical troubleshooting, integrations, and cross-functional collaboration. Monitor account health, analyze feedback trends, create role-based learning content, and partner with Product, Support, BD, and Marketing to resolve issues and surface product improvements.
