Supports Account Managers and Onboarding across the customer success lifecycle by preparing documentation, tracking onboarding, coordinating communications, managing action items, logging tickets, and maintaining CRM records. Serves as a secondary customer contact, supports onboarding and compliance workflows, assists with client visits, and improves customer success processes and SOPs.

Lead GigSafe’s insurance function by designing programs, managing carrier, MGA, and broker relationships, overseeing licensing and compliance, managing claims and certificate operations, and owning program economics. Partner with product and engineering to automate quoting, eligibility, certificate validation, and reporting. The role serves as the primary insurance owner and escalation point while supporting expansion into new industries.

You will manage revenue operations including CRM systems, reporting, and enablement processes across sales, onboarding, and finance teams.

Lead GigSafe's go-to-market as the first marketing hire: run LinkedIn and email campaigns, own content and SEO, craft positioning and sales collateral, produce customer case studies, manage events, and partner with leadership to build an early B2B brand and GTM engine.

Lead high-priority, cross-functional initiatives from analysis through execution. Embed with product, engineering, operations, compliance and GTM teams, set timelines, solve open-ended problems, and report to executive leadership.
