The Director, People Partnering will advise global shared services leaders on organization design, workforce planning, talent, succession, performance, compensation, and change. The role will also build a global employee relations framework covering behavior, underperformance, decision authority, case standards, manager enablement, and consistency across countries. This position coaches senior leaders and HR Managers, provides technical escalation support, and establishes scalable people practices across a growing international organization.

Own GiveDirectly’s fundraising revenue operations, including CRM and pipeline systems, KPI frameworks, forecasting, reporting, operating cadences, revenue reconciliation, and capacity planning. Partner with Finance, Compliance, Grants, People, and Fundraising teams to scale systems and donor operations. Serve as a strategic chief-of-staff partner to the VP of Partnerships, lead organizational change and executive communications, and potentially build and manage a team of 3–5.

Analyze operational, payment, enrollment, survey, and field data to identify fraud risks and anomalies. Design and validate fraud-risk indicators, support investigations, improve data quality, and translate findings into actionable recommendations. Partner with Product, Data Engineering, and operational teams to develop fraud-detection tools and improve controls. Document reproducible, audit-ready analysis while communicating uncertainty and findings clearly to nontechnical stakeholders.
