Own monthly reconciliation, reporting, and compliance for Givzey and Version2.ai. Build and present financial forecasts and KPI-driven reports to CEO and Board. Manage AP, invoicing, collections, cap tables, 409A valuations, tax compliance, commission reporting, vendor onboarding, audits, contracts, and software license/insurance reviews.

Own account expansion and renewals within an existing customer base. Build executive relationships, partner with Customer Success to identify upsell opportunities, negotiate pricing and contracts, manage HubSpot opportunity records, and ensure timely renewals. Responsible for quarterly goals across expansion and renewal motions.

Identify and qualify new nonprofit partnership opportunities, conduct outreach via calls, email and social, collaborate with Account Executives, refine outreach playbooks, and support early-stage sales pipeline development.
