Leads and scales a customer-facing systems and solutions engineering organization for MCU and MPU portfolios. Partners with strategic customers to translate product architectures and system requirements into processor, IP, software, hardware, safety, security, connectivity, and roadmap needs. Supports design wins through technical positioning, competitive analysis, and executive engagement while coordinating sales, product, architecture, silicon, and software teams. Builds market playbooks, develops customer relationships, and hires and mentors high-performing technical teams.
